How does Arlee Labs save money?
Arlee Labs publishes the current rate of each available model in the models and pricing catalog. Where one exact official counterpart exists, the catalog shows a like-for-like reference; the result depends on the model, billing metric, and request parameters. You also waste less on failed jobs, extra retries, and manual work around limits.
Does Arlee Labs remove rate limits?
Arlee Labs helps your product run more steadily by smoothing traffic spikes and reducing stops caused by limits. We cannot honestly promise "no limits ever": models and providers still have technical constraints.
What payment methods do you accept?
You pay by card in USD. Top up your prepaid balance in the dashboard; API usage is charged to that balance at the published rates.
Which models are available?
The website shows the platform-wide catalog. Check a specific key with GET /v1/models using the same key and base URL as your generation requests. An older key may have a fixed model allowlist that does not automatically include new releases. If a model is listed on the website but missing for your key, contact support to review access.
Do I need to rewrite my code?
Usually no. If you already use the OpenAI SDK, you often only change the base URL to https://api.arleelabs.com/v1 and use your Arlee Labs API key.
Do you train on my prompts?
No. Arlee Labs is an access layer. Technical request data is needed for billing, diagnostics, and service quality, but prompts and responses are not used as a public training dataset.
Can I get a refund?
Unused balance can be refunded on request within 30 days of the top-up. Duplicate and erroneous payments are refunded in full. See the Refund Policy for the details and write to admin@arleelabs.com.
